Spice Up that Long Distance Relationship

  While traveling without your partner, take pictures with your arm extended. After you develop the pictures paste his/her picture onto yours so it looks like you were standing with your arm around your sweetie. Send those pictures to your loved one and include a note saying "In my heart you're always with me."

  Instant messengers (AOL, Yahoo, ICQ, etc.) are great for long distance relationships. You can both download the software for free in most cases. That way you can both talk to each other everyday without running up a huge phone bill! 

  Compose a love letter to your love and have it printed on a flat sheet or blanket that will fit their bed. Send it to them so they can wrap themselves up in your love.

  When he's leaving for a few days, find out the address of where he will be going and send him a package with some candy, a note telling him you miss him, etc.

  Have someone take pictures of yourself, develop them, and make a calendar.

  Write a poem and design a picture.  Have it placed on a pillowcase. That way they can give it a hug anytime they are missing you.

  Find some cheap airline tickets on the internet and make arrangements with someone to pick you up from the airport.. What a surprise they will have when you are waiting for them in front of their door!

  Before leaving on a trip give her a stuffed animal to hug, also give her a bag of hershey's kisses. Tell her it's for all the hugs and kisses she'll miss while you're away.

  Write a letter or find a picture of something you two have shared. Paste the letter/picture to a piece of cardboard and cut it into puzzle pieces. Send your long distance love a few pieces every other day in the mail.

  Send letters sprayed with your perfume or cologne. You can also soak pieces of material with the scent because it lasted longer than the scent on the letters. Both men and women will love it!!

  Send your love a nice dinner by calling a restaurant where he/she lives and having them deliver a nice meal.

  Write a love message on the back of the jigsaw puzzle, then take the puzzle apart so he or she has to put it together to read the message. Mail the puzzle all at once, or one piece at a time.

  If your soul mate is abroad, surprise him with a Good Morning phone call. Let him wake up on the rings of your phone.

  Ever wonder what the other was doing at certain times during the day?  Write up a basic daily schedule that tells what you both are usually doing at certain times of the day (ie: company meeting, lunch break, soccer practice). Exchange these schedules to make you feel closer.
