Love Cocktails

Here are a few of our favorites.

Adonis Love

1 dash Orange Bitters
3/4 oz. Sweet Vermouth
1 1/2 oz. Dry Sherry

Stir with ice and strain into cocktail glass.

Amore

60 ml vodka
30 ml Parfait Amour liqueur
Dash of lime
Stir with ice.

Angel Kisses

1/4 oz. Creme de Cocoa (White)
1/4 oz. Sloe Gin
1/4 oz. Brandy
1/4 oz. Light Cream

Pour ingredients carefully, in order given, so that they do not mix. Use pousse cafe glass.

Arise My Love

1 teaspoon Creme de Menthe (Green)

Put Creme de Menthe into champagne flute.

Fill with chilled champagne.

Between The Sheets

Juice of 1/4 Lemon
1/2 oz. Brandy
1/2 oz. Triple Sec
1/2 oz. Light Rum

Shake with ice and strain into cocktail glass.

Black Magic

1 1/2 oz. Vodka
3/4 oz. Coffee Liqueur
1 dash Lemon Juice

Stir and serve in old fashioned glass over ice cubes and add a twist of lemon peel.

Bikini Martini

1 fluid ounce coconut rum
3/4 fluid ounce vodka
1 fluid ounce pineapple juice
1 dash grenadine syrup

Combine rum, vodka and pineapple juice in a drink shaker. Shake firmly until frothy. Pour in a martini glass, add a touch of grenadine in the middle. Garnish with an orange wheel.

California Dream

2 oz Tequila
1 oz dry Vermouth
1 oz sweet Vermouth
Garnish: cherry

Shake all the ingredients in a shaker with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with cherry.

Caribbean Kiss

1/4 cup white rum
1 tbsp grenadine syrup
1 tbsp sugar
5 fresh strawberries, sliced
4 ice cubes
2 tbsp light cream or evaporated milk
Juice of 1 lemon
Grated coconut for garnish

Combine and shake all ingredients with ice and strain into old-fashioned glass over ice cubes. Add coconut.

Cupid

3 ounces sherry
1 egg
1 tsp superfine sugar
Pinch cayenne pepper
3 ice cubes

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Strain into a cocktail glass.

Dream Love Cocktail

3/4 oz. Triple Sec
1 1/2 oz. Brandy
1/4 tsp Anisette

Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.

Honeymoon Love

3/4 oz. Benedictine
3/4 oz. Apple Brandy
Juice of 1/2 Lemon
1 teaspoon Triple Sec

Shake with ice and strain into cocktail glass.

Kiss

1 1/2 oz Vodka
1/2 oz Chocolate liqueur
1/2 oz Cherry liqueur
3/4 oz Heavy cream

Fill mixing glass with ice.
Add vodka, chocolate liqueur, cherry liqueur and cream. Shake. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass

Long Kiss

1/2 oz Stoli vanilla Vodka
1 oz Stoli vodka
1/2 oz white creme de cacao
Shaved white chocolate
Ice
Hershey's Kiss

Freeze a martini glass with shaved chocolate on rim. Shake liquor and liqueurs with ice. Pour into the martini glass. Garnish with a chocolate kiss.

Love Affair

2 oz. Strawberry Schnapps
2 oz. Cranberry Juice
2 oz. Orange Juice

Pour over ice in a highball glass and top with Club Soda.

Love Cocktail

2 oz. Sloe Gin
1 egg white
1/2 tsp. Limon Juice
1/2 tsp. Raspberry Juice

Shake with ice and strain into cocktail glass.

Lover's Nocturne

1 1/2 oz. Absolut Vodka
1/2 oz. Drambuie
Dash of Bitters

Shake with ice and strain into cocktail glass.

Love Passion

4 oz. Passion Fruit
1 dash Cranberry Juice
1 dash Lemon Juice
Club Soda

Combine juices in a highball glass filled with ice. Top with club soda, stir.

Add a cherry and a long straw.

Love Temptation

1 1/2 oz. Blended Whiskey
1/2 oz. teaspoon Triple Sec
1/2 oz. Anis
1/2 oz. Dubonnet

Shake with ice and strain into cocktail glass. Add twists of lemon and orange peel.

Midnight Love

1 oz. Apricot Flavored Brandy
1/2 oz. Triple Sec
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice

Shake with ice and strain into cocktail glass.

Passionate Kiss

1 oz Southern Comfort
1 oz peach schnapps
1 oz Chambord raspberry liqueur
Fill with pineapple juice

Mix ingredients over ice. Strain into glass.

Pink Pussy

60 ml Vodka
30 ml ginger lime syrup (home made Pink in color).
Crushed ice.
Bitter Lemon.
7Up or Sprite.

In a glass place the crushed ice and pour half of the vodka.
Pour ginger lime and pour rest of the vodka.
Top up with bitter lemon and 7up.

Romance Cocktail

1/4 oz. Brandy
1/4 oz. Curacao
1/2 oz. Amer Picon
1/2 oz. French Vermouth
1/2 oz. Italian Vermouth

Shake with ice and strain into cocktail glass.

Sex on the Beach

1 oz vodka
1 oz Peach Schnapps
Orange juice
Pineapple juice (optional)
Grenadine

In an 8 oz standard size glass, put the peach schnapps and the vodka.
Add the juice until the glass is almost full. Then, add a little grenadine and stir.

Sweet and Spicy Affair

30 ml Smirnoff vodka
5 ml Cinammon Liqueur
10 ml Peppermint Liqueur
3/4th bottle soda
5 ml Creme De Menthe
1/4th bottle Sprite

Take a nice fancy glass. Put lots of ice in it. Put little kiwi crush in it. Pour 30 [ml] Smirnoff vodka in it. Put 5[ml] cinnamon liqueurand also 10 ml peppermint liqueur . Top it up with 3/4 soda and 1/4 sprite. In the end pour 5 ml creme de menthe for the green effect. The drink looks very green n beautiful. You can put 2 or 3 cherries in the glass while putting ice. Garnish can be orange slice or u can rim the glass with cinnamom powder.

Tango Love

1 tbsp Orange Juice
1/2 oz. Dry Vermouth
1/2 oz. Sweet Vermouth
1 oz. Gin 1/2 tsp Triple Sec

Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.

The Cup of Love

Hot chocolate
Whipped cream
Whatever lives in your drinks cabinet

First cook up a big pan of your favourite hot chocolate. Take the biggest coffee cup you have in you house (the closer you can get to a big soup bowl with a handle the better), and ladle out enough cocoa to fill it between half and two-thirds full.
Then raid your drinks cabinet and start adding anything that goes well in hot chocolate (see note below). Just keep mixing and adding until you get the taste you're looking for, top with whipped cream and drink up.

True Love Punch

1 1/2 oz white rum
1/2 oz Triple Sec
1/2 oz guava juice
1 oz pineapple juice
1 oz orange juice
1 dash Myer's rum
Dash grenadine

Shake well and serve in a tall glass over crushed ice.
Garnish with orange slice, cherry and a broken umbrella
