Shipping Information

Shipping for in stock items is usually same business day, but may take 2 - 3 business days.  If we are out of stock it may take 5 - 7 business days. We use USPS Click n Ship so you will be notified automatically when your items ship. (note: we must have your correct email address)  We will ship your item using the form of shipping you requested.  Custom Gift Baskets take 2-3 business days to make, so order them early.

Please Note That Express Shipping Does Not Guarantee Next Day Delivery except in the state of Arizona.  All other states will require 2 days for delivery.

If you use the express option, we Do Guarantee That Your In Stock Items Will Be Shipped The Same Day You Order (if ordered before 1 pm PST),  Priority Mail orders will be shipped in the order they are received - this could take 1 day or more depending on the season.

Holiday Shipping Schedule -  If you have ordered after these dates we cannot guarantee delivery by the holiday.

Our Shipping Charges (for United States Priority Shipping Only)  are as follows:

Overnight Shipping: starts at $32.00.  If your package weights over 5 lbs, we will charge you extra.  This will be an additional charge on your card and marked as extra shipping charges. 

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR WEATHER RELATED DELAYS IN DELIVERY!  WE SHIP YOUR PRODUCTS ON TIME. PLEASE DO NOT COMPLAIN TO US ABOUT DELAYS IN DELIVERY DUE TO STORMS, SNOW, RAIN, OR ANY OTHER NATURE RELATED DELAY.

We gladly  ship to FPO/APO addresses.  Please note that we cannot guarantee priority delivery to your FPO/APO location.  Also NOTE:  We DO NOT offer FREE shipping to FPO/APO and we will charge you insurance on all packages.  You will see an additional charge on your charge card for insurance/shipping if applicable. 

International Shipping: At this time, International Shipping is available to US territories, Canada and a few select countries. We reserve the right to refuse orders from countries on our banned list.  There will be an additional charge for ALL INTERNATIONAL Shipping charges. We will email you the shipping information and charge your credit card prior to shipping. We reserve the right to use a different shipping service if you do not pay the additional fees for priority shipping.

Delay Shipping - If you wish to order early and delay shipping, just include the date you want your basket shipped in the comments (gift card) section of the order form or send an email to sales@romance365.com and give us the date you want your item shipped.  If you want it by Christmas, we will ship on or around December 15th.

If for any reason we are out of stock on an item, we will let you know immediately, and give you the option of replacing the item with a like item or waiting a few days for the item to re-stock.  We stock 100% of the items that we sell, but on occasion run into manufacturing or delivery delays from our suppliers.

We DO NOT rely on a third party to do our shipping, so you can be assured of prompt and accurate shipments!

We use USPS Priority Mail for most of our shipping.  Express shipping may be through USPS, UPS or Fed Ex, depending on where the package is being shipped.
